  Mandatory update for WASD v12.4.0 Release

  This archive contains a source code build procedure to replace an
  existing DCL prcedure that made it impossible to build an SSL version
  of the server executable direclty using @INSTALL and @BUILD procedures.

  Installation Notes
  ------------------
  After UNZIPing the main WASD1240.ZIP archive and before install/update.
  $ SET DEFAULT <device>:[WASD_ROOT]
  $ UNZIP <location>WASD_MUP_1240A.ZIP
  Reply "Y" when requested about "replace ... ?" by the UNZIP utility.

 VMS file attributes saved ... use UnZip 5.2+ on OpenVMS
