RSTS/E MOP Server V1.1-11
RSTS/E V9.4 or later required. The supplied executables were linked with
the CSPLIB library and will need to be re-linked if you wish to use the
CSP100 library supplied with V10 of RSTS. As re-linking the program re-
quires Basic-Plus 2, no object modules are provided. The supplied executa-
bles were compiled with BP2 V2.6 on a RSTS/E V10.0-L system.

In T1.0:
o New program.
Minor changes:
In T1.0-07:
o Servers which do not provide a load image name are now supported. This
includes servers such as the DECserver 500 series.
o Load images with headers longer than 1 block are now handled properly.
o A work-around for the Ethernet device driver HNGDEV problem is now
included in MOPMAC.MAC.
In V1.0-08:
o A typo in the "D" record error message was corrected.
o A new utility, CNODE, is also provided. It gives functionality similar
to the VMS NCP CONNECT NODE command.
In V1.1-12:
o Correctly handle cases where the requesting devices passes no load
image information, as well as the case where a 0-length image name is
supplied. (PCSA remote boot, VAX/VMS satellite boot)
o Log console events as a single broadcast, rather than one broadcast
per line. This reduces spurious console re-prompts.
o Add L switch to only log load/dump requests we participated in, to
reduce console traffic on large networks.
o Correctly handle trailing blanks in the configuration file.
o Make sure there isn't already a server running when starting up.
o Various typographical errors in messages corrected.
o Add an extra CR/LF in console event broadcasts.
o Store debugging information in MOP$:MOPSRV.DMP in the event of a
server failure.
