! The usage of the letters is as follows:

! D - The delay in seconds before responding to a Dump/Load Assistance mul-
!     ticast message. This is useful if you prefer to load your servers from
!     a supported load host (RSX/VMS/Ultrix) and are only using this program
!     for backup loading. Default = 0.
! E - The Ethernet device, protocol, number of buffers to be used. Normally
!     mopsrv will determine the correct interface automatically. See the
!     program source and the RSTS/E Programming Manual for more details.
! H - Host information for this node (address, name). Use your DECnet host
!     info here. If omitted, defaults to address 0.0, system name.
! L - Logging level. 0 = log all events, 1 = don't log solicits, 2 = don't
!     log anything.
! M - Mapping from server-supplied load image filenames to RSTS/E file
!     specifications.
! Q - End of configuration file (quit)
! S - Server address information. 3 items are required, seperated by spaces.
!     The first is the server address (in Ethernet octet format). The second
!     is the DECnet address (in area.node format). Last, the DECnet node name
!     is supplied. The server address is used to determine if a given server
!     should receive load/dump support (see "W" for more information). The
!     DECnet address and node name are only used in logging messages.
! W - Specifies whether a server not listed in the "S" table will receive load/
!     dump support from this system. The parameter is either "Y" (will receive
!     support) or "N" (won't). The default is "Y". Note that unless you are
!     fielding lots of load/dump requests for somebody else's servers, you prob-
!     ably want the default.
