This is a MOP load/dump/remote console server for RSTS/E. It was written
by me for Digital Equipment of Canada. It may be freely redistributed.

  Note that there is very little OS-specific code in it, and even if you
don't have a BASIC compiler/interpreter for your system, the concepts in
this will likely be useful to you. I believe the only hardware-specific
part is in the macro (.MAC) file, and all that is needed there is the
ability to send/receive Ethernet packets and to enable a protocol on the
interface.

  I will probably be porting this code to BSD Unix using BPF sometime in
the future.
