That is a funny mental image.  You walk in, wearing a space suit,
breathing like Darth Vader, and say, "Do not panic.  I am here to
replace your window foil."  

Then you pull out a geiger counter thing and start scanning people. 
Two, maybe three, people set the clicks off hysterically.  A woman
screams wildly when her son is scanned and the loud and fast click,
click, click is heard by everyone.

You wrap the building with yellow biohazard tape...
