the following is a log of a "conversation" on Tinymud between myself, disguised
as "dora" and a friend of mine who goes by Carneggy. Carneggy was unaware
either that i was logging this or that i am in fact male.

for those of you who aren't familiar with tinymud, it is (among other things)
a place where people can "converse" in real time. there are commands to say
things and commands to "pose", which result in lines looking like the first
