MX V5.1-A ECO 05, 05-MAY-2001

Change description:

   * Fix problem with REJMAN SHOW REJECTIONS exiting
     with a BADPARAM error if a rejection rule based
     on an X-MX-Warning: header is in the configuration.

Installation:

    1. Copy the appropriate image (VAX or Alpha) to MX_EXE:

          $ COPY REJMAN.{AXP|VAX}_EXE MX_EXE:*.EXE

* If you have a mixed VMScluster with both VAX and Alpha systems,
  you will need both images - one for each architecture.
