Security Update Kit for MX V4.2

This kit contains replacement images to address a potential
security problem in MX V4.2.

Also included is a prior change that eliminates the
255-character line length limitation in VMS MAIL delivery.

Installation
------------

On VAX systems:

  $ COPY MX_LOCAL.VAX_EXE MX_EXE:*.EXE
  $ COPY MX_DECODE.VAX_EXE MX_EXE:*.EXE

On Alpha systems:

  $ COPY MX_LOCAL.AXP_EXE MX_EXE:*.EXE
  $ COPY MX_DECODE.AXP_EXE MX_EXE:*.EXE

Once the new images are in place, shut down and restart MX
to have them take effect.
