NOTE: If you sent me an email in the past 48 hours it is highly likely that
I did not get it. Someone with a virus is BLASTING me with emails with
attachments that finally clogged my mailbox and I could no longer download
email. My service provider just cleared off the mail server but if you tried
to email me in in the past couple days it would be best to resend. I do NOT
have this virus myself. What a pain!!!!! Here's the update announcement I
tried to send a couple days ago.

Announcements (August 25, 2003): We've just uploaded the following new
ARTICLES, REVIEWS and RADIO shows. Note that as regards new articles and
reviews, each quarter when a new issue would have gone online, I will
publish an index page of all the stuff that went online in the previous
quarter. This should satisfy the folks who miss the issues as well as my
desire to publish written works as they are completed.
