I'm not sure why my posting prompted a link to a German "warez" site in
response, or even what Nero has to do with transferring vinyl sources.
Anyway...

FWIW, you can actually obtain a time-limited "fully working copy" of
Nero from the official WWW site.  However, most people I know recommend
Feurio! for burning audio on Windows, and its demo is not crippled in
any way.

For myself, I use the public domain cdrecord under NetBSD/alpha for all
my data and audio burning needs.
