Guess who suggested to Doug Smith that they get Porcies to hop over from
Hammy Odeon to Brixton that same night, on grounds of (a) audience would
like them (b) Porcies would get a lot of good publicity (c)Event would get
extra publicity (d)Cheap and effective.
As yet, no reply have I had, so I presume this one fell down the Brixton
Black Hole or is in the melting pot with the rest of the ideas.
BTW, for those that may worry about such things, there are EXTENSIVE
rehearsals going on in the Hawkwind camp preparing for the big event.
Andy Garibaldi (still waiting to hear back about official promotional stand
space at the event and now beginning to get concerned....I may have to
resume my identity as 'average punter'!!!).
