OFF: New Deep Purple

With the talk of the new Monster Magnet CD,
I thought I should mention that the new Deep
Purple CD, "Abandon" (starring Steve Morse
as Ritchie Blackmore) will be out in the US
on June 2nd, and the UK on May 27th.

Fanboy reviews have been positive (what
else?) so far.  The word on the street is
"heavy".  Gotta like that...

For upstate New Yorkers, DP with ELP
and Dream Theater will hit the Finger Lakes
Performing Arts Center on August 14th.  Tix
go on sale May 18th.
