In general, the files in these directories were extracted from
the most recent VMS Consolidated Software Distribution CD lib-
rary that they appeared on.

Normally, there will be a Documentation directory with the
relevant documentation (converted to .PDF by me as they use an
ancient dialect of PostScript), a Kit directory with a .ZIP of
the VMSINSTAL kits (saved in the .ZIP with VMS attributes), a
*.RELEASE_NOTES file which contain the product release notes,
and a .SYS file which is the actual load image.

Exceptions are the DECserver 100 which only has load images as
it was not found on any CD distribution, and the DECserver 250
which has such mangled Postscript that I was unable to generate
.PDF files.
